Our Favorite Resources for Those Recovering From Eating Disorders

EveryBody Counseling believes that full recovery is possible and we are here to support you, no matter what stage of recovery you’re in. 

We also know that it can be really overwhelming to know what info and what resources to trust, which ones are helpful, and which ones you might encourage your loved ones to read. 

So we want to offer some of our own personal favorites to start you on your journey of recovery. 

We have included several books, podcasts, groups around central Texas, and even other clinicians because we understand that we might not be the right fit for you. That’s ok too!
