Meet Rob…

A Therapist Who Gets It

I’m Here to Help…

Life can be messy, overwhelming, and downright hard—but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re a teen trying to figure out who you are, a couple struggling to reconnect, or a family looking for more harmony at home, I’m here to support you.

I help clients who want to:

  • Overcome life’s challenges and break free from feeling stuck

  • Heal from past trauma and build a future that feels authentic and fulfilling

  • Strengthen relationships, improve communication, and deepen connections

  • Tackle anxiety, stress, and self-doubt with confidence

  • Create lasting change while learning practical tools to navigate life’s ups and downs

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. My goal is to make the process approachable, effective, and—believe it or not—sometimes even fun. I truly believe laughter can be one of our most powerful tools for healing, and I love using humor to create a safe, relaxed space where you can show up just as you are.

A Little About Me…

I’m a solutions-focused therapist who blends tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy to help you make sense of your experiences and take meaningful steps forward. I’m big on active listening, staying curious, and being real with my clients—I’ll show up as my authentic self, and I hope you’ll feel safe to do the same.

What clients often say they appreciate about working with me:

  • I’m down-to-earth, approachable, and easy to talk to

  • I’m honest but compassionate—no judgment, just support

  • I balance humor with meaningful conversations that make the hard stuff feel a little lighter

When I’m not in the therapy room…
I’m probably spending time with my wife and two amazing daughters, enjoying the outdoors, or taking part in one of my favorite hobbies—axe throwing, rock climbing, disc golf, or hiking. I’m also a big fan of board games, reading, and finding new ways to keep life fun and meaningful.

My Training & Education
- Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, The University of Houston, Clear Lake
- Bachelors in Psychology, Davis University
