A Little About Me…
As a Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families work through the complexities of relationships and personal growth. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and curiosity—focusing on the whole person (or relationship) rather than just the symptoms.
How I Work:
I use a systemic approach that explores how your relationships, family history, and culture shape who you are today.
I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and relational therapy to help you develop practical tools for growth.
I believe in empowering clients to uncover their inner strength, embrace self-love, and take meaningful steps toward becoming their best selves.
My Passion for Eating Disorder Treatment:
In addition to relationship counseling, I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders. I understand the emotional and relational struggles that often accompany these challenges, and I’m here to help you:
Heal your relationship with food and body image.
Build self-worth and let go of toxic thought patterns.
Feel supported through the recovery process, no matter where you are on the journey.
My Training & Education
- University of Texas at Austin Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Minor in Spanish
- Capella University, Minneapolis, MN. Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy
When I’m Not in the Therapy Room…
You’ll find me enjoying time with family, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with animals (dogs are my favorite!). I believe in the healing power of connection—whether it’s with loved ones, nature, or pets—and I love finding new ways to recharge and stay grounded.
