Meet Jenny…

A therapist who truly understands…

You’re Not Alone—Here’s How I Can Help……

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. I first discovered therapy as a teen when life felt unmanageable, and while I was hesitant at first, working with an amazing therapist changed everything. That experience sparked my passion for helping others find hope, healing, and a sense of purpose—and I’ve been doing just that for the past 15 years.

I work with:

  • Teens, adults, couples, and families who want to face life’s challenges and find balance

  • People struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-worth

  • Moms of little ones who are adjusting to motherhood and need extra support

  • Anyone ready to step into their worth, embrace their story, and create meaningful change

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and empowering. I know being vulnerable can feel scary, so I create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, no matter what you’re facing. We’ll work together to explore what’s holding you back, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills to help you move forward.

A Little About Me…

I believe therapy should be a mix of honesty, humor, and heart. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, helping clients sit with discomfort, letting go of toxic thoughts, and accepting life as it comes. I also use evidence-based practices like like:

  • Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Feminist Family Therapy

Special Focus Areas:
I’m a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor (CEDS-S) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). I’m passionate about learning and growing in this field and am committed to helping clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies.

I also love supervising therapists working toward licensure for LMFT, LPC, and CEDS certifications. Supporting other clinicians in their growth is one of my greatest joys!

My Training & Education
- Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, The University of Houston, Clear Lake
- Bachelors in Psychology, Vanderbilt University

When I’m Not in the Therapy Room…

You’ll probably find me hanging out with my husband, Rob (yes, we work together, and we love it!), and our two amazing daughters. I’m also a huge dog lover—especially boxers and pit bulls—and fully believe in the healing power of animals. In fact, clients have even brought their pets to sessions, including dogs, cats, snakes, and gerbils!
