We are currently hiring for full and part-time therapist positions.
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY
License: LPC, LMFT, LCSW classified as an Independent Contractor
License: LMFT Associate, LPC Associate, LCSW Associate classified as an Employee
Must be under clinical supervision with a board-approved supervisor
Willing to commit to seeing up to 20-25 clients/week
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Provide clinical counseling services to clients including children, adults, couples, families & groups
Assess new clients for individual treatment plan
Create individual treatment plans based on DSM diagnoses
Provide treatment using a variety of modalities
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e. PCP, Psychiatrist, Dietician, etc) as necessary
Timely completion of written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents.
Keep client files accurate and up-to-date
Participate in team meetings and 1:1 & group consultation
For interns only: must communicate to clients and/or legal guardians that the clinician is under clinical supervision
