Meet Riley…
A Therapist Who Wants to Empower You…
If you’re looking for help…
As a Marriage and Family Associate, I specialize in helping couples, kiddos, teens, and families work through life’s challenges and complex relationships. You know yourself best, and I will help provide you with the tools and support to become more fully aligned and attuned to your most genuine being. A main focus of mine is on the ways our interrelationships between self, family, and your community has shaped your beliefs, emotions, and thoughts. My therapy style is warm, inviting, compassionate, and empowering. I work with:
- Teens, adults, couples, and families who want to face life’s challenges and find balance
- People struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-worth
- Couples and families seeking better communication and more genuine connection in their relationships
- Anyone ready to step into their worth, embrace their story, and create meaningful change
My approach to therapy is curious, warm, and non-judgmental. I provide an environment where you feel comfortable and safe to explore your cognitive and emotional world. Together, we'll examine your obstacles, confront unhealthy patterns, and discover your most authentic self.

A Little About Me…
Therapy for me should combine playfulness, vulnerability, and relationship building. My approach to therapy is collaborative, curious, and connected. I integrate evidence-based practices like like:
Satir Experiential Family Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Interpersonal Neurobiology
Attachment Theory
When I’m not in the therapy room…
You will find me spending time with family and friends, trying out a new yoga pose, or playing a game of Mahjong (my favorite!). I also spend time reading and am on my own therapy journey (I am a client just like you).
